WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing a wholesale order with CLE Cosmetics, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated below in full.

ORDER MINIMUMS

  • Initial Order Minimum: $150 USD
  • Reorder Minimum: $150 USD
  • Wholesale Pricing: 50% MSRP

 

PURCHASE ORDERS & ONLINE ORDERS

  • All orders must include official CLE item numbers (SKUs). If you do not have access to our item numbers, please request them by emailing stock@clecosmetics.com.
  • If using the CLE Purchase Order form, all fields must be completed prior to submission. Incomplete POs will not be accepted.
  • Please double-check all information before submitting your PO via email or through the website. CLE Cosmetics is not responsible for any errors made on your submitted order.
  • Orders submitted via email are not considered confirmed until CLE Cosmetics provides written confirmation that the purchase order has been received and can be fulfilled.
  • CLE Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel or modify any order in the event of inventory shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • CLE Cosmetics does not accept returns on wholesale orders except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

 

RESALE PRICING

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the Retailer agrees to sell CLE Cosmetics products at the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) set by CLE Cosmetics in U.S. Dollars (USD). For sales in other currencies, the MSRP must equal the current USD value. Retailers may only lower prices during promotional sales that have a clearly defined start and end date communicated to customers.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

  • Retailers are responsible for all shipping costs. These will be added to your final invoice unless a valid shipping account number is provided.
  • Domestic orders typically ship within 2–5 business days from our warehouse after the PO is received.
  • International orders may take up to 2 weeks depending on the destination. Retailers are also responsible for all customs duties and import taxes upon delivery.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • CLE Cosmetics offers NET 30 terms to wholesale partners with an active credit card on file. Full payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Late Fees: Accounts with balances unpaid after 10 days past the due date will incur a 1.5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance, or the maximum allowed by law, whichever is lower.
  • Invoices unpaid after 30 days without communication will result in automatic charge to the credit card on file to settle the balance.
  • Order Holds: Any account more than 45 days past due may have future orders placed on hold until the balance is paid in full.
  • For NET 60 terms, please order via our Faire Direct link: faire.com/direct/clecosmetics
  • All invoices must be paid in U.S. Dollars, regardless of the shipping destination.
  • Collections: Accounts more than 90 days past due may be referred to a collections agency or legal counsel. The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in collecting overdue balances.

Accepted Payment Methods 

  • Credit Cards (subject to a 2.99% transaction fee)
  • Checks (by mail)
  • Wire Transfers / ACH (remittance info is provided on final invoice)

 

STRICT NO AMAZON POLICY

Absolutely no third-party reselling on Amazon is allowed under any circumstances.
Any wholesale partner found selling CLE Cosmetics products via Amazon, whether directly or through a third-party storefront will have their wholesale account immediately terminated and will be reported to Amazon.

 

CLE STORE DISPLAY UNITS

Branded in-store display units are available upon request, while supplies last. To request display units, please email stock@clecosmetics.com

CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All CLE Cosmetics branding, product images, and marketing materials provided to wholesale partners remain the intellectual property of CLE Cosmetics and may not be used outside approved marketing efforts.

 

POLICY UPDATES

CLE Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Wholesale partners will be notified of changes via email.
